I think it’s really sad because these guys have given so many years for our country, and they’re not getting the service that I feel they deserve. They do not allow hospital beds in the Veterans Home and Missouri has the "no fall" law, so they’re allowed to fall. One of the guys down there has broken his hips twice in the last eight months. These are things that people don’t know are happening in these homes, and it’s really sad.

I have been a resident at other facilities and they could not be qualified to open the door for the STAFF here at MVH.
